your website while branding your logo and business - paper or plastic
bags.
Retail stores of every kind use
hundreds or thousands of paper or plastic bags. While large chains tend to
have bags with their logos printed on them, most smaller stores just use
plain bags.
Here's how you can benefit both
you and the store - go to those smaller stores that caterer to your target
market and offer to provide the bags they use. Of course, the bags you
supply would have your business name, Web address and logo on them. You may
even offer to have the stores name and logo printed on the bags as well.
These small stores will like the idea of not having to pay for bags and
having the opportunity to have bags with their name on them. They may even
be willing to pay some of the cost. |

For a legal
perspective, you should consult an Internet-savvy attorney. The .biz
and .info domains were created because a lot of the .com domains are
already taken. If businessnews.com is currently being used for a Web
site and you use businessnews.biz, visitors by be confused. If these
two domain names offer the same information to the same target market then
you may not want to use the .biz as generally people will use .com
first.
Would it be illegal
though? From what I know, the answer is no, unless the current name
businessnews.com is copyrighted. The safest thing to do is to
consult an attorney.
